Tracy is a highly accomplished, mission-oriented, marketing expert with a proven track record of leading and growing multi-channel performance including acquisition and retention strategies, income, brand performance, digital customer journeys and e-commerce, across both UK and global markets.
Taking a market oriented and customer centric approach is at the heart of her marketing ethos. She has a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies and takes a data first approach using research, testing and analysis to inform intelligent marketing decisions and investment.
She is a natural leader used to managing and motivating others and a Prince 2 practitioner as well, which means she uniquely combines creative strategic thinking with a structured, practical application in all that she does. Tracy has often been parachuted into organisations to address income, brand and engagement challenges and thrives on problem solving and achieving results.
Tracy has full 360 marketing experience in both big and small organisations and has successfully transformed marketing structures and strategies across a range of sectors to drive significant uplifts in income and marketing ROI for her clients throughout her career.
When not working, making pottery and ceramics is a real passion of Tracy’s and she is also a Trustee of an animal welfare charity. A recent four-legged addition to Tracy’s family, Indie, a German Shepherd Collie Cross, keeps her very busy with plenty of lovely dog walks and cuddles. There is also lots of time spent on training and socialisation….for Indie as well as Tracy!

Mary is a multi-award-winning communications and marketing expert with over 20 years’ experience working across charitable and commercial sectors.
She has worked across a range of marketing disciplines during her career including overseeing the delivery of the full spectrum of paid, earned and owned marketing tactics, brand development, event management, internal comms, brand sponsorships/partnerships, TV work including production and scripting as well as securing a national terrestrial 20-part TV series for one client, social media strategy, PR, press office management, copywriting, issues management, speech writing and the creation of corporate and consumer communications strategies.
She has a super keen eye for what makes a good campaign and story to create buzz for the brands she works for and has been responsible for the delivery of stand out and industry recognised PR and brand marketing campaigns that have delivered not only UK-wide blanket success and coverage but global attention too.
A keen storyteller and content creator, Mary recognises the power of good narrative and the importance of using it to connect with audiences to drive brand growth and commercial success.
She has led and developed a wide range of teams during her career and has also guest lectured to marketing students at Birmingham City University. Always looking to further enhance her skillset she has recently completed and secured an ‘A’ grade in the coveted Mini MBA in Marketing run by the esteemed international Marketing guru, Mark Ritson and Marketing Week.
Outside of work Mary is a Trustee for a charity that supports homelessness. She is also a keen runner and believes firmly in the power of exercise as a tonic for enhancing wellbeing and creativity. So, if she is not at her desk or doesn’t answer her phone, she’s probably off running somewhere looking for inspiration.
