We are delighted to announce that The Responsible use of Medicines in Agriculture (RUMA) Alliance has appointed The LaunchBox as its retained communications partner after a competitive pitch.
We will be supporting RUMA’s strategic growth and impact across consumer, corporate and sector communications. RUMA was established in November 1997 to promote the highest standards of food safety, animal health and animal welfare in the British livestock industry. It is a unique, independent non-profit group involving organisations that represent all stages of the food chain from ‘farm to fork’.
RUMA Secretary General, Chris Lloyd said: “We are very happy to be working with The LaunchBox on our Communications and Marketing activities. Their assessment of the RUMA brief brought a fresh perspective to the table and their expertise across all aspects of communications, coupled with their animal and veterinary sector experience, made them the perfect choice.”
Mary Bawn, Director of Communications at The LaunchBox, said: “RUMA’s role and remit across the agricultural sector is incredibly important. The communications journey ahead will play a vital role in RUMA’s ongoing evolution and impact, and we are very much looking forward to working alongside such a highly valued and respected organisation.”
